#1 Barbell Bench Press

Take a long metal gym bar and attach some weights to it of equal calibers. Then take a gym bench that contains a rack for holding the weights. Take a seat on the bench and hold the long bar at equal length and using only the shoulder and feet strength lift the weight bar.


#2 Dumbell Bench Press


As shown in the above exercise do the same process by holding the two equal weights dumbbell do the bench press using your shoulder and feet strength.


#3 Inclined Dumbbell Bench Press

This exercise mainly concentrates in the chest shape molding. Take a bench and place it at an inclined position at an angle of 45 degrees. Then do the dumbbell press using the shoulder and feet strength.


#4 Inclined Dumbbell Flye


This is a great workout for both arms and chest. Take a bench and incline it at 45 degrees and take a seat on it and do the exercise using the arms and shoulder spread over and pull over the weights.


#5 Bending Dumbbell Flye

In this exercise, we should hold the dumbbell in our hands and bend 45-75 degree position and pull the dumbbell without bending elbow using shoulder and arm strength.

This exercise is done in the flat position of a bench. Do the exercise using the arms and shoulder spread over and pull over the weights.


#7 Floor Press

This exercise is done by lying on the floor and holding dumbbells and start pulling the dumbbells straight and facing opposite arms without bending the elbow.


#8 Prone Dumbbell Pushup

In this exercise, you should get into a pushup position by holding the dumbbell on the floor and then giving stretch to the chest and then coming back to pushup position.


#9 Dumbbell Pullover

Lie on the ground and hold a dumbbell and then pull up over the chest concentrating only that area. You can bend the elbow slightly.


#10 Pushups

The pushup is the traditional way to build our chest. But there are many forms of pushups like close grip, wide grip, diamond shape etc. These are the different ways to build a perfect shape to the chest.
